Communication with your customers is critical to your on-going success especially when things are not going to plan. Make sure to communicate what went wrong, a plan of action to correct and an estimate timeline for resolution. It’s ok to have bad news – be willing to address the problem and articulate what you can do to best serve the customer.

Today I had to take a walk, to take a breath, to clear my head and count my blessings.
Some days life can beat on you. It can keep punching – keep coming at you until you feel like throwing in the towel. However, you can’t stop. Even when life keeps punching stay in the ring. You have to go the distance. Keep pushing back – find and develop the inner strength that will help you succeed.
Don’t give up!
Choose to take control.
Choose to be proactive!

One of the most challenging aspects of building your business, sales territory, etc. is being patient.  We live in a world of such immediacy that being patient can be challenging. Make sure you are working towards your goals, putting in every effort, nurturing every relationship, building your team then be patient for the results. They will come. Don’t quit just because it’s taking longer than you think.
